I see clients Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, typically from 8am-6pm, offering virtual therapy for clients residing in Washington State through a secure telehealth platform, Sessions Health. I will be seeing clients in person in Woodinville, Washington soon, stay tuned!

I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay the full cost of the session or meeting, unless we are able to reschedule within the same week.

I prefer to work with clients on a weekly basis given the relational and trauma work that I do. I ask all clients to start with weekly sessions and then progress to bi-weekly once sufficient progress is made, which we collaborate on together. I do not reserve space for monthly sessions.
